ABOUT THE CEO
Dr. Patricia Muse founded PREP Community Services in 2022. Dr. Muse holds a Doctorate Degree in Education, a master’s degree in education with a focus in Online Instructional Design, a master’s in business administration (MBA), and a bachelor’s degree in public administration.
Dr. Muse spent thirty plus years serving in the U.S. military specifically U.S. Army, U.S. Army Reserves, Texas National Guard, and the Alaska National Guard. During her tenure in the military, she was a HR Professional managing Personnel Centers. Dr. Muse additionally taught leadership and military occupational specialty courses at various Military Academies.
In addition, Dr. Muse retired from the City of Austin municipality. She provided HR services to the Communication & Technology Management department. An important aspect of her duties at the City of Austin was providing organizational learning to employees, establishing business relationships with local colleges and universities, and promoting lifelong learning.
Dr. Muse is also the CEO of Wanda Hilliard Agency with a focus on addressing food deprivation in communities. Wanda Hilliard Agency distributes food to those in need on a weekly basis serving St. Mary Parish in Louisiana.
In 2026 PREP Community Services will be expanding to include the states of Louisiana, Texas, and Virginia. Dr. Muse is a community leader with a heart for God’s people and believes that everyone should have access to essential resources, such as food, housing, mental healthcare, and education.
